You might not be a coffee fan, but after a big night out a hot, strong drink can be the best thing you’ve ever had. This is just a variation on how I usually make hot chocolate but it made me feel a lot better last Saturday morning!
Put 2 teaspoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder and two or three squares of your favourite chocolate into into a mug. Top with 200 mL of milk.
Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Continue to microwave in 30 second intervals until almost boiling.
Allow to cool to drinkable temperature (this gives the chocolate time to melt). Drink. Feel better immediately.
